We truly hope you love our products! However, if you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.
Prior to receiving a tracking code:
If you change your mind or make a mistake with your order and you have not yet received a tracking code please email firstname.lastname@example.org or hunt us down through our socials @stonenaturalbeauty ASAP and we will happily refund your order*. (*minus any fees taken by your chosen payment method I.E Afterpay, Paypal, Shopify) You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

If you have received your tracking code, she’s all yours babe 😉 Unfortunately due to the nature of our products we cannot issue refunds or returns once the products have been shipped.
