We dispatch all order as soon as we can! We love getting your package to you just as much you love receiving it. Average dispatch time is 24-48 hours, you are welcome!

We offer FREE shipping Australia wide! and as much as we would love to offer the same to our overseas beauties, unfortunately the bank says no.
Australia: FREE or $5 upgrade to express (if you are inpatient like us)
Overseas customer rates will be calculated prior to checking out and will vary depending on how many products you buy
New Zealand: $9-$14
United States, Canada & United Kingdom: $14-$28
All prices are displayed in AU currency
*Any additional charges or taxes issued by your country are the customers responsibility (as much as I would love to wave a magic wand and make them disappear).
I entered the wrong address!
If you have mistaken where you live (it happens to the best of us, particularly Friday through to Sunday ;) ) please get in touch with us ASAP - email email@example.com or hunt us down through our socials @stonenaturalbeauty. If you have yet received a tracking code we can easily change your address.
If you have received your tracking code we will need to issue a 'return to sender' and then re-send the package once it arrives. Their will be a postage fee charged to the customer priced according to Australia Posts rates to cover the postage fees.
I changed my mind!
Prior to receiving a tracking code: If you change your mind or make a mistake with your order and you have not yet received a tracking code please email firstname.lastname@example.org or hunt us down through our socials @stonenaturalbeauty ASAP and we will happily refund your order*. (*minus any fees taken by your chosen payment method I.E Afterpay, Paypal, Shopify) You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
If you have received a tracking code: If you have received your tracking code, she’s all yours babe 😉 Unfortunately due to the nature of our products we cannot issue refunds or returns once the products have been shipped.
